Liquid characteristics i.e. viscosity, foaming stringing determine nozzle style. KBW will be pleased to carry out trials and advice if required.

Available pump options:
1.5, 6, 10, 20 - litres / min. (Continuous running). Pump outputs shown are for guidance only. Container outputs/min. depend on container shape and liquid dose volumes.

The AF0010 Liquid Filling machine may be set up in one of four ways:

  1. Single shot dose from machine mounted button

  2. Multi shot doses using a variable time between shots. Time lapse allows easy container changeover.

  3. Continuous running for prime and flush through.

  4. Fully automatic running with a conveyor and gating. Liquid filler units may be ganged together to suit application.
