KBW’s goal is to set an extremely high standard in the industry by manufacturing high quality machines that last 20 years or more. However in the event of a technical problem our objective is to get you back up and running as fast as possible.
Having worked for C.E King Ltd for many years, building and servicing their machinery, our team of engineers have vast knowledge and practical experience of the range. This means we are able to provide the same level of service on C.E King machinery as our own KBW range.
We hold a large stock of KBW and King spares and format parts to reduce any production down time that may be caused.
SERVICE AND TECHNICAL HELP
KBW Packaging understands the importance of after sales support and offers a number of key services to ensure optimal machinery performance is maintained. Our experienced team is on hand to provide onsite servicing, pre planned preventative maintenance and telephone support. These services are available worldwide through a network of agents.
If you feel that your production would benefit from having your machinery serviced we can either offer servicing on a one off basis or on a pre-arranged contract. Having your machine regularly serviced will maximise efficiency and accuracy on your machine and minimise production downtime.
We quickly evaluate whether it is more economical to collect your machine or send an engineer out to you.
In addition our engineers are available for site visits to assess the feasibility of overhauls and rebuilds.
